Flute Guide
Flute size and wall construction determine cushioning, stacking strength, and printability — pick based on what you're shipping.

Box Styles
RSC (Regular Slotted Container)
The standard shipping box — 4 flaps meet in the middle, top and bottom. Cost-efficient and works with automated packing lines. ~80% of all corrugated boxes produced.
FOL (Full Overlap Container)
Flaps fully overlap for extra top/bottom strength. Used for heavier or narrower boxes needing more protection.
Telescope Box
Separate top and bottom pieces that slide together — flexible height for tall or irregularly shaped items.
Die-Cut Box
Custom shapes, often with built-in inserts — used when the box doubles as retail packaging.
